I’m a 200 hour registered yoga teacher born and raised in Los Angeles. I love all things related to mental & physical health and believe a balanced lifestyle is the best lifestyle.
I fell in love with hot power vinyasa back in 2015. I was constantly stressed from my consulting job in the Bay Area and realized the only part of my day I looked forward to was the 60 minutes I had on my mat. It was the only place I could disconnect from the outside world. That being said, I was still a young twenty-something year old trying to have fun and figure out my life (we know how it goes) and only saw yoga as a sweaty workout.
After experiencing my first real heartbreak in 2018, I fully immersed myself in my yoga practice (and therapy) and worked deeply on my journey to self-love. The studio became my sanctuary. I started to discover the mental and emotional benefits of yoga by connecting with myself and my breath, by releasing expectations, and by finding peace within myself. That’s when it clicked. If I could make someone, anyone, feel seen or heard, inspired or enough, my cup would be filled.
My classes incorporate juicy movements (hips / twists / hammies) to thoughtfully curated playlists. Let go and lean in to your breath & the beats. Sweat your heart out. Deepen your connection between your mind, body, and soul.
